Customer Service

Good customer service is hard to come by. Very hard to come by. I don't want to go on about my past couple of experiences, but I can empathize with customer service. I've worked in some sort of customer service for the past 12 years. So when I don't get ok customer service it really frustrates me. I don't even want "good" customer service, because lets face it, that's expecting a lot. Today I had bad customer service with both Directv and Verizon. Thankfully after months and months of a crap phone, and two trips to the Verizon store, Verizon switched out my phone and made me a happy customer. Hopefully Directv will make me a happy customer tomorrow. Although I won't hold my breath.
